This was not originally an NCIS movie, but the length of it, 9 chapters long, makes it onto this page. Chipper is a lab monkey that makes life miserable for everyone, especially Vance, since Chipper like to use Vance's $500 shoes as a toilet. But in addition, there are some telling moments. Gibbs writes a short note to each team member, giving each some advice. The team wonders if Gibbs is dying? The story is funny, thoughtful, and at some points, emotional. The letters from Gibbs make it all worth it
