Caprice has become the focus character in these stories, one of the strongest women in fiction, one of the softest and wisest, as well. Caprice is fierce in her dedication to Gibbs...He is just as fierce in his to her. She has been described, appropriately, as...."A Force Of Nature". She is both strong and soft, serious and funny as hell. Best word to describe her? "She's a hoot!"..Oh...and she's married to Gibbs now. Daisy - She runs neck and neck with Caprice as the most popular character. Originally Gibbs was tricked into keeping her for a weekend, then the dreams came....Shannon was giving Daisy to Gibbs so he could learn to love again, step by step...And it turns out there's more to Daisy than meets the eye. Kelly has ridden on her back, on that beach, in those dreams. Daisy is a loyal, kind, vicious, and unafraid of anything, anyone. This is Daisy. She also does the 'goofy dog grin' thing...Thought you'd like to see both! BTW, in Russia, she is known as Doozy...and is quite famous. Read "To Russia With Love" in the Greatest Hits section or below, in the MCIS summary Yes, the D Ranch has a mountain lion...Kitty was first introduced in the Episode "Wrong Target". Torres was being hunted on a swamp island, and found his only ally was a mountain lion that had been abandoned. Later, in the Episode"Reunion", Torres finds Kitty in a cage, in a circus...Torres, Breena, and Palmer kidnap and turn her into the wilderness...Then Kitty senses the birth of Little Nickie, travels across the mountains to find her, and makes her home in the hills by the D Ranch, as the protector of every child on the ranch. Kitty has for some reason become one of the fan favorites...Go figure!
Dil is a 30 something highly trained special operative soldier, a Marine Captain, and as good looking as any man can be. He and his twin sister Dez (Destiny), suffered the tragic loss of their parents at the age of 12. Because of their example, Dil refused to marry, or commit, until he met that "one woman" that he knew he'd been waiting for all his life. He meets her, an unlikely candidate, but at first sight, he knew. It was Nell. Their story has been embraced by the readers in ways never seen before. They are polar opposites on the surface, but inside, where it counts, they learn to lean into each other for everything they need. BTW, Dil will be a father soon! Dez is Dilbert's twin sister, just as beautiful as Dil is handsome. Dez, however, suffers from breast cancer, a recipient of a double mastectomy some years back. She has a personality that can cut you to the quick, and the intelligence that compares with anyone, man or woman. Diz is the lead attorney for the DOJ, specializing in Foreign Law. Both Dez and Dil were orphaned, growing up together depending on no one but each other. Dez is often seen helping Dil plan missions, as she is more than capable with any kind of weapon. She considers Gibbs a father figure, Gibbs sees her and Nell both as 'daughters, except when Gibbs and Dez face off on the sniper rifle range...Then it's who's best....and the winner is....

Cal - likely the most fascinating character I've created, to date. Cal is a good looking man, Italian, and is more than meets the eye. He is introduced in "Daisy and the Doctors", playing a part in in conclusion that goes beyond reality and into the spiritual realm. Cal also shows up The D Ranch, and when he meets Dez, everything comes to a stop...Dez refers to Cal as her "angel boy"...Is she joking? Or is she not? When Dez searches his background, she finds out he's one of the most celebrated medical doctors on the planet. Why has he come from Italy to the D Ranch? Because of 'purpose', he says...Over time, Cal and Dez learn about each other, Dez hesitant, "I have scars...I have no...you know....those.." To which Cal replies, "What you see as a scar, I see as the opportunity to hold you closer to your heart"....They are married now...They live in the Thomas House, adjoining the D Ranch property. They have adopted a N. Korean war orphan, Ahnjong, a 7 year old girl that has a limited time to live. Cal is also one of the most popular characters in the stories

Dawson - 30 something, female, black, and the single mother of Terrance, her 12 year old son afflicted with Down Syndrome. Dawson was a D.C. Metro cop, but broke the police strike picket line to go into a ghetto war zone to help McGee get Vance out, mortally wounded. The DC police treated her as a pariah, and Gibbs and team quickly snatched her up as a valuable member of the team. Dawson is a communications expert, phone, radio, etc...She perfectly compliments McGee's knowledge of computers, bringing another technology talent to the team. Dawson's introduction to the NCIS Team is found by clicking the link below (BTW, she prefers to use Angela as her first name. She thinks "Mary" is too plain)

Danny is 12 yrs old, black, crippled, and the orphaned son of a mafia boss. Gibbs and Caprice agree to take him to protect him from his father, who attempts to kill Danny...Needless to say, he was not successful. Danny stays, Gibbs and Caprice act as Foster parents. Over time, neither Gibbs or Caprice can bear the thought of him leaving them. Gibbs is dedicated to the young boy, Caprice is more than dedicated, Danny reminding her of her own brother, killed at the same age Danny is now. Over time, the bond strengthens....Today, the boy's name is Danial Gibbs. Legally.

Loretta Ellis - SecState - Due to Gibbs's increased involvement in foreign affairs, it is necessary for someone high up in the government to act as a buffer. Vance and Loretta become friends, then later, more. Currently, they are engaged, still working through their government office difficulties, political attacks, and the ever-present difficulty that can come with a bi-racial relationship. The stories explore that, with both of them finding fierce defenders of their relationship from Gibbs and the team. Over a year's time, Loretta becomes more involved with foreign entities than ever before, and gaining respect as well. Recently, the government was purged of 32 politicians after Gibbs and team uncover a traitorous plot. Now, Loretta finds herself being called...POTUS

Ahnjong was a 7 year old North Korean orphan, rescued by Dil, Dez, and Torres off a Korean mountainside. Cal bonded with her, brought her home. Ahnjong died of Kawasaki disease, a heart issue common in N.K. children. Cal and Dez cared for her while she still lived,. legally adopted by Cal and Dez. The little girl tragically passes in the Episode, "The Beginning Of The Beginning", found in NCIS STORIES and GREATEST HITS. Ahnjong still makes appearances of a sort, but only to Dez and Cal, in the form of a rainbow, a product of the waterfall Dez created for his bride

Pankow is the newest addition to the NCIS team! Her husband dies, leaving a legacy of a wonderful marriage. Pankow is brought in on temporary assignment from the Navy, as a lead analyst of the Terrorist Technology Bureau. During an arrest, she reveals some skills, and we find out she was a recruit, 25 years ago, of Odette Parsons...She refused to follow through, choosing instead the love of the man taht asked her stay. The CIA has not forgotten or forgiven, hurting her career out of spite. She bonds with Torres, both of them having a similar hatred for that CIA program. She has broken the mold, with an age of 50. A sharp wit, a sharper tongue, and a love for the family ideal that NCIS brings.
Moscow Criminal Investigative Services - The Russian version of NCIS, formed by President Akhov, inspired by Gibbs and NCIS. The team is headed by Anastasia, the former head of the Russian Spy Sparrow School. MCIS has some similar counterparts on the team, compared to NCIS, Along with Anastasia's old 'workmates', the ladies known as the Long Coat Ladies due to the long expensive furs they wear.

John Kirby - Assistant Director of the Department Of Defense, (DOD) and unofficial overseer and protector of CyberForce. John is highly respected in D.C., often called "The Kingmaker", having so much influence in picking heads of agencies. Kirby hand picked Delilah due to her intelligence, experience, and what he calls, "She won't look at CyFo as a stepping stone to other positions, she'll take it and make it the best it can be". In addition, Kirby snatched Nell from NCISLA "No one puts Baby in a corner. They put Nell in a corner and wasted her talent. I won't", as well as recruiting Bishop from NCIS. Kirby is a trusted friend of Delilah and Gibbs both, mostly working behind the scenes to orchestrate what is best for CyFo, NCIS, and our country.
Quentin Tracker - A Marine lost in Afghanistan 20 years ago, with no memory, lost while wounded. He reappears, revealing that a section of the Marines erased his files, identity, and more, to save embarrassment.
Mimi Carson - An overzealous IRS agent, called in as a liaison to Dez's DOJ team. She's brilliant, but has her ways that cause some eyebrows to raise
John Bartow - FBI agent, leader of the Hazardous Response Team. He was introduced in the story "Nancy Drew", seen by everyone as having a confrontational relationship with Bishop, but in reality, it's based in his competitive nature, highly respecting Bishop and the CyFo team. John's wife, Janet, starts to bond with Bishop, after Bishop is credited with saving John's life
Quang Shu - The head of security for a major technology company, and their chief 'troubleshooter'. Quang takes on Torres as competition, then develops a relationship, due to Quang's refusal to allow his company to harm Bishop. A deadly man, and a man being held hostage, due to the company's ability to ruin the life of Mino, Quang's wife. Quang and Torres end the hold the company has on Mino, allowing them to lead a life they choose, wherever that takes them
Quon Chong - Chinese Nationalist, Highly respected part of U.S. National Security, an expert on Chinese Military behavior. His wife and child were killed by assassins, linking him with Gibbs in the tragedy. Quon and Danny have a special bond, Quon edging towards mentoring Danny in small parts of his field.
Tommy Guidry - Younger movie star, spent 6 weeks in Marine Basic Training for a movie role. Gibbs was assigned to guard him. Guidry became involved in the attack on D Ranch by the White Supremacists, fought well, friendships developed between him and the D Ranch folks. Samantha is his fiance
Samantha Greene - Guidry's fiance', gymnast, is helping Dil and his Special Ops buddies train at the D ranch
Helen- Loretta (SecState) long time admin and assistant. Helen has a private bond with Gibbs, going back to her son in the Middle East. Helen feeds Gibbs information...without Loretta knowing. Helen is now Loretta's (POTUS) Chief of Staff

Monique Maison - Celebrated Paris night club singer, her brother, an Interpol agent, was killed by Argent Monet, drug crime boss, and the love interest of Jacob Abrams, Mossad. Monique is the owner of Montagues, a high level night club, frequented by celebrities and organized crime people both. Monique recently disclosed to Jacob that she is completely trans-sexual, now anatomically a woman. But she has assured Jacob that the 'plumbing' is correct, and she is 'all woman' Monique was introduced in the NCIS Movie Special, "Out Of Control'
