Before There Was NCIS Hawaii, There Was MADAME DIRECTOR/CYBERFORCE
OMG! Thank you for the way you constantly empower women in your stories! MADAME DIRECTOR should be a real spinoff!" - reader
The Madame Director/CyberForce spin-off was created due to two inarguable facts: !. The characters of Delilah Fielding and Nell Jones were underutilzed, and 2, the actresses playing those roles were more than capable of carrying their own show, already possessing a following of their own.
Delilah was strong, intelligent, and had a "I will not let anything stand in the way of what I want to do" attitude. Nell was brilliant, and was never used to her full capabilities on NCIS-LA. I stole her from LA and promoted her. She has flourished, both professional and personally. She is now married to Captain Dilbert Bosworth (Dil) and they are expecting their first child sometime in Octobler of 2021. Nell has grown closer than ever to Gibbs, (Her Gibbsy), seeing him as the one that believed in her before, supported her in this move, and over the term of the stories, she finds Gibbs is the father figure missing in her life
CyberForce started as a sub-agency of NCIS, under the direction of Leon Vance. After gaining experience and success, CyberForce became its own Agency, with Delilah Fielding as the Agency Director, and Nell Jones as the Assistant Director. With help from McGee, the computer systems and capabilities of CyberForce are more advanced than any other agency, and as a result, other agencies and politicians would like to use CyberForce for their own ends. Delilah is strong enough to say 'hell no'...
CyberForce's main assets are complete control of all satellites managed by the U.S. Navy and U.S.M.C. On occasion, Delilah and Nell facilitate mutual use of other technology with other agencies and foreign countries. Nell is slowly being recognized as a force in this field. Enemies have come to respect her ability to use drones, not just for surveillance, but for attack as well
Other CyberForce Characters: Tommy and Tabby - Tommy is a drone pilot, McGee type guy with a brilliant mind, but lacking in emotional maturity. Tommy is Nell's project, seeing her early self in him. Tabby is a drone mechanic/constructor, self taught. Tabby lost both legs from the knees down in an accident, previously hidden away in a house, ashamed to be seen. Her meeting Delilah, wheelchair to wheelchair, changed her life.
